Appartement bien placé, proche du centre-ville. Appartement climatisé. Facilité de stationnement dans la rue, stationnement gratuit. Par contre, appartement sale, très mauvaise literie, manque d'équipements de cuisine pour famille nombreuse, manque d'isolation phonique avec la maison des propriétaires.
